Building the brand for Australia's finest tea

We created the brand identity of Chai Shai,Melbourne who are on a mission to bring authentic premium Indian tea and nostalgic Indian snacks to every Australian folks.

Project Brief

Fitzroy's Chai Shai is an Indian cafe renowned for serving chai made with genuine, traditional Indian ingredients. The cafe, which serves more than simply food and is located in the centre of Melbourne, offers an experience. a fantastic location to spend the day with friends and family.

Our Approach - Branding and Logo Design

The shapes, curves typography and elements that the logo comprises of is inspired ny Indian heritage and culture

The brand storyline is conveyed across all touchpoints with the help of quirky doodles with friendly messaging.

The intention was to showcase the uniqueness of the business and make it memorable as a brand that is dedicated to create exciting chai experiences

Our Approach - Print and Packaging Design

We worked closely with the client to develop the print and packaging designs that ultimately played a big part in the brand positioning.

Utilizing the developed visual language was the strategy. We created a collection of print and packaging solutions to highlight the variety of products. We used illustrations and doodles to express the brand's narrative in a relatable way and to increase consumer engagement.

We ran initial traffic campaigns to find out the most viewed products from the people. Found out the best performers and High ticket valued products

Ran purchase conversion campaigns targeting the best sellers to make it as USP of the website.
